Aftab Shivdasani, the child actor and kid from the movie “Mr. India” has come a long way to become a young actor in Bollywood. He has acted in different genres of films till now and he is accepted as a talented actor amongst his peers. Recently he took a giant leap of producing a movie called “Aao Wish Kaein”. The film is about to release in theaters in November 13th 2009.
The potential producer has written the story of the film and is also acting as the main lead Mickey. The story of the film is about a young boy of 12 years old. He is in love with a 22 year old girl in his neighborhood played by Aamna Shariff. He wishes to grow big so that he can propose to Minika about his love. His wish comes true, and this is when with his child like experiences of 12 years he tries to fit into the adult world of deceive and competition.
It is a fantasy film with make belief characters and situations. Glen Baretto has directed the movie along with casts like Johny Lever, Rati Agnihotri and Yatin Karyekar. Xulfi, Ankur Tewari, Mikey Mccleary has scored the music while Ankur Tewari, Xulfi, Danish Khan has penned the lyrics.
Aamna’s character as Minika is kept vibrant and jolly. Since the film is about a child’s love she is dressed in vibrant clothes and the music is kept peppy and happening.
According to sources inside, the film is a fairytale romance about innocent love. Aftab jotted down the thoughts some years previous to 2009. But recently he got busy with his project and produced it for the audience. |
