There is always something strange and enigmatic about strangers. Every fresh face brings with itself a host of questions? Was this meeting destined? Will we meet again? Do we wish to meet again? Most of the times, these questions vanish as soon as the stranger’s face disappears, but this isn’t the case in ANJAANA ANJAANI. The meeting of the strangers in Aakash (a MIND-YOUR-OWN-BUSINESS guy!) and Kiara (a girl who prefers to orchestrate an aura of happiness around herself ) lingers on the boundary of strangers’ meeting, but the two hang on for a bit longer and are consumed into each others’ lives, and they can’t help it! Ranbir Kapoor plays Aakash and Priyanka Chopra plays Kiara. The pair looks pretty charming on the silver screen from what the promos have hinted at. Director Siddharth Anand’s ANJAANA ANJAANI offers you an almost strange story, and it remains to be seen as to whether the narration is convincing enough to make the audiences believe that strangers can very quickly shed their tag and change your life. The music sounds fine and the whole aura about the movie is pretty enticing. Let us hope that the Ranbir-Priyanka combo works for ANJAANA ANJAANI.
