Pia (played by Mugdha Godse) and her husband Vic (Bobby Deol) are living through a uncomfortable marriage. One day, there monotonous life takes a twist for the worse and they have to fly to Mauritius to see Pia’s ailing father. But this is not the only trouble. A much bigger catastrophe occurs and a blast from the past strikes to make a mess of their already suffering lives. Pia’s five year old sister, who had died in an accident, returns with vengeance on her mind and her spirit possesses Pia. Vic has only the aid of Dr. Aditya Motwani (Shreyas Talpade) to save her pregnant wife from the clutches of the notorious spirit.
